Abuja Schools Debate is organized annually to commemorate children’s day. The aim is to provide a platform for young people to think about and discuss issues that affect the various dimensions of their lives; with a view to taking appropriate actions.
This third edition of Abuja Schools Debate will focus on drug use and misuse and what can be done to check the rise in prevalence. The central theme is ‘Curbing the rise in drug use and misuse among Nigerian youths: A call to action’
Featuring a panel discussion by experts and relevant policy makers and stakeholders from the Federal Ministry of Education, Federal Ministry of Health, FCT Secondary Education Board and National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools etc on the theme.
